New Sewing Pattern for Hearts for Hearts Girls, Les Cheries, Groovy Girls

My Les Cheries doll Capuchine got to be the cover girl for my new pattern: the V-Neck Jumper Pattern Bundle. (I was supposed to finish it by Valentine's Day, but, alas...) However, Red is my favorite color! The pattern will fit not only, Les  Cheries, but Hearts for Hearts Girls, and Groovy Girls too. There's really three patterns in one:  The Jumper, The versatile Jewel Neck T which looks nice under a variety of clothes, and the ever-so-cute leg warmers that look like socks when paired with lace up shoes. As usual, the pattern comes with full color graphic instructions. It would be easy to make the jumper into a little summer dress with some lace around the neck and ruffles on the armcyes. Maybe some lace on the leg warmers too? This pattern bundle is available at BeachBabyDoll.com
and now at BeachBabyDoll.etsy.com   Instant downloading is available now through the Etsy Shop.

New Easy Pattern for Ellowyne: Jumpin Jammin Pants Ensemble

Ellowyne's New Year Resolutions: Exercise!

See things from a different view point
Stand Tall and don't sulk

Rest when I'm tired but don't give into melancholy
As you can see my Ellowyne's made a ffe resolutions for 2013. My resolution was to get her some clothes since she came to me from e-bay without a stitch on! In doing so, I was able to publish BeachBabyDoll's first pattern to fit Ellowyne Wilde dolls and other similar 16 inch dolls. I am so excited. The leopard pants are made of medium -light weight cotton from a fat quarter. There was plenty left over. The tubes for the top and faux sleeves I made from a tee shirt. The pants pattern is unique because it's easy waistband is made with fold over elastic. Just perfect for a small neat, waistband and eliminates the need for a back closure. Sew fun to sew! I used my terrific tubes formula to make the tube top and faux sleeves. It's easily used for most any doll and it's a part of the new sewing guide and pattern for Ellowyne's Jumpin' Jammin' Pants Ensemble  I took great care in making the pants so the back doesn't slide off her bottom when she sits or does the Bridge. I didn't want her to be embarrased.
Beginners and advanced seamstresses will enjoy this quick and easy, well fitted pattern. For more information click:   http://www.beachbabydoll.com/Patterns_4_Ellowynne.html

Celebrating Christ with Your Sewing Skills

Joy to the world, the Lord is come!

Gwen made this nativity with her dolls wearing costumes made from BeachBabyDoll's  Everything Costume to fit American Girl.
She shared this for our new Your Creations page! Click on it above to see what she said about her experience! Thanks, Gwen! What a wonderful scene for our celebration of the birth of our Lord! I think people of all ages show what is in their hearts by what they make with their hands.  Beautiful.
